Exchange and return policy based on below criteria-

You have to describe the defects and reason for exchange and return of the product.
All product accessories (Label/ Barcode/ Tag) must be in good condition as received.
No physical mis-use of the product.
Once we received the product which need to be exchange and return- we PSYFER verify the product defects / condition and all related information received from the person or order.
Once we PSYFER validate all information then only we can proceed for the further exchange and return.
The Exchange and return time line depends upon the Geographical location /time/ weather condition and current situation of the the timeframe.
We PSYFER inform all related information regarding the exchange and return via E-Mail / contact No / WhatsApp after the product info validation.
The Maximum time frame is 10 to 15 days of exchange and return from the date of received data from the person or order.
Once everything will be clear from our team PSYFER the exchange and return can be processed.
